Description

        Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve a charitable giving strategy

        Collaborate with Leadership team and HRBF Board members to develop and execute strategies

        Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to include staff, residents, and the Heritage Resident Benefit Fund Board of Directors

        Plan and coordinate events to promote the organization's mission

        Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts

        Utilize Bloomerang CRM software for donor management and tracking

        Serve as spokesperson for the Heritage Resident Benefit Fund, effectively communicating its mission and impact to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  Previous experience in the senior living industry and with Bloomerang CRM software is desired. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in charitable giving and with donor software required
